Reorganisation, Redundancy and Redeployment

Queen Mary is committed to preserving and maintaining employment and seeks to avoid compulsory redundancy where possible. There are situations where organisational redesign is necessary, for instance to ensure the University delivers the most efficient and cost effective services.
