The responsibility for recruitment and selection of new employees belongs to managers throughout Queen Mary University of London (QMUL).
QMUL uses the i-GRasp system as an authorisation tool to manage vacancies and as a means for candidates to apply for vacancies.

Certification to recruit
It is QMUL's policy that all those participating in recruitment panels have the appropriate knowledge and skills. This is usually achieved by attending the one day Fair Selection and Recruitment course. Alternatively, if you have received prior training in recruitment and selection you simply need to pass the online test. To take the Fair Selection and Recruitment test please contact Marcia Williams on extension 5585 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: The test is only for new staff members who have been trained in a different organisation and want to certify acquired prior learning.
