The responsibility for recruitment and selection of new employees belongs to managers throughout Queen Mary University of London (QMUL).

QMUL uses the i-GRasp system as an authorisation tool to manage vacancies and as a means for candidates to apply for vacancies.

Certification to recruit

It is QMUL's policy that all those participating in recruitment panels have the appropriate knowledge and skills. This is usually achieved by attending the one day Fair Selection and Recruitment course.
