Oleeo User Profiles
There are a range of user profile to manage recruitment and administrative activities within the system. User profiles are also linked to the type of “live-time” data you will be able to see via the in-system dashboard.
Access to these profiles will depend on the activity and permissions required for you to adequality complete a required task. Certain user profiles are restricted and only granted by permission of HR.
User Profiles:
This is an unrestricted profile, allowing permission to undertake the following:
- Create, amend, delete or submit a vacancy request;
- Create and view shortlisting panel requests and invite candidates to interview;
- View all draft, pending approval, live and legacy posts as created by you;
- View the status of vacancy approvals, received applications and shortlisting detail.
Similarly, all the above information will be available via the Hiring Manager Dashboard
This is a restricted profile, allowing permission to undertake the following:
- Review, Approve or Decline a vacancy request;
- View all draft, pending approval, live and legacy posts as created by all others within your Faculty or Directorate.
Similarly, all the above information will be available via the Approvers Dashboard
This is a restricted profile, allowing permission to undertake the following:
- Switch profiles to that of a Hiring Manager and create, view, amend, delete or submit a vacancy request within your Institute/School/Directorate;
- View all draft, pending approval, live and legacy posts as created by you or a Hiring Manager within your Institute/School/Directorate;
- Create and view shortlisting panel requests and invite candidates to interview;
- View the status of all vacancy approvals, received applications and shortlisting detail within your Institute/School/Directorate.
Similarly, all the above information will be available via the Senior Administrator Dashboard
This is an unrestricted profile, allowing permission to undertake the following:
- View and interact with specific candidate and vacancy shortlisting detail.
- Submit shortlisting recommendations via the system (optional)
This is a restricted profile, allowing permission to undertake the following:
- View all draft, pending approval, live and legacy posts as created by any user profile within your respective faculty/directorate.
- View the status of all vacancy approvals, received applications and shortlisting detail as created by any user profile within your respective faculty/directorate.
Similarly, all the above information will be available via the Senior Management Dashboard
