Many of us spend a huge proportion of our time in the workplace, whether that’s on campus, in the office or working from home. Therefore, it’s inevitable that what we do at work and how we work together has an impact on our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
This area brings together the support services available for all Queen Mary staff to help:
- Solve problems, achieve goals and reach your potential through workplace coaching and counselling.
- Discuss issues with colleagues to reach a constructive resolution through workplace mediation.
- Address areas of concern that might have a negative impact on your own wellbeing through personal development workshops.
- Support colleagues who might be struggling, and would benefit from the community activities and programmes that Queen Mary have to offer.
