New policies have been developed on Discipline, Grievance, Attendance and Capability.
The new policies aim to simplify and speed up current processes without diluting any current safeguards to encourage and support managers to engage in active dialogue with staff at the earliest opportunity.
Clinical Staff - Joint Protocol
Clinical staff will have an employment relationship with both a partner Trust and Queen Mary. In many regards, it is critical that decisions made by the Trust in regard to employment of clinical staff are informed by the views of Queen Mary and vice versa. The Joint Protocol describes how these processes are managed.
