Trust and College agree joint working arrangement

Barts and the London NHS Trust and the College have a agreed a Joint Protocol that describes how we work together when there is an issue that relates to the suspension, dismissal, discipline or grievance of clinical staff.  It is our intention to create similar arrangements with other partner trusts in the coming months.  This is relatively straightforward matter that describes how separate and sovereign employers should work together in certain matters of common interest.  Most senior staff working in a clinical role will receive a letter about this in the coming weeks.
