Our Queen Mary Mediation Network helps facilitate conversations between staff who are experts in helping people to communicate more effectively with each other. Mediation is a confidential, voluntary and informal process that helps individuals talk through their issues with an impartial individual, and provides a safe space to find a way forward.
Reach out to your local HR Adviser to have an informal discussion about the right route to take for you/your team members. We will talk through the process and your options; once agreed, we will assign our next available mediator from our network.
