Five Ways to Wellbeing

The NHS recommends five steps to improve your wellbeing: Connecting with others; Be more active; Take notice of what is around you; Keep learning new things; Give to others.

By taking at least one thing away from each step, you will be well on your way to a more positive wellbeing. Whilst these steps are not prescribed as a definite cure for any mental health problems, small changes you make in your everyday lifestyle can have a really big impact.

Organisations and institutions within the UK and worldwide have used these ‘Five Ways’ in order to promote a happier working environment for their employees.
