Pay, Grading and Rewarding Staff

Queen Mary offers staff excellent pay and conditions of employment that is both fair to staff for the work that they do and competitive to the wider external job market.  

There is an annual Contribution Reward Scheme in place which recognises those staff who sometimes contribute more than what is required of them.

There are also market supplements in place for hard to recruit staff groups where market conditions dictate what is fair to pay them.
