Becoming more active does not necessarily mean spending two hours in the gym every day. It is more about making smaller changes that fit in with your day-to-day activities and feel right for you.
Exercising causes chemical changes in the brain which are associated with positive changes in mood. Exercising can also lead to improved self-esteem and self-motivation.
