The Queen Mary Academy works with staff and students to develop and enhance their practice in teaching, learning, and research. Our work is organised into three teams:

• Education and Learning – supporting staff to develop their teaching practice
• Researcher Development – supporting researchers to excel in their careers
• Teaching Recognition – supporting staff to be recognised for their teaching

Organisation and Professional Development works with colleagues to help to improve Queen Mary’s effectiveness in a range of ways, including:

• Providing development options around themes such as leadership and management, personal effectiveness, and team building
• Facilitating action around staff engagement
• Providing bespoke consultancy and support for managers and teams
