The London Gay Women’s Network aims to give lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer + professional women access to career development and networking opportunities in an inclusive and welcoming space, and to support positive change for LGBTQ+ women in the workplace.
We are a national specialist infrastructure and Membership organisation. We focus on the development and support of LGBT groups, organisations and projects so they can deliver direct services and campaign for individual rights.
Network supporting: LGBT+ parents and prospective parents, Heterosexual parents who may have children that are LGBT+ or who seek to raise their children in a diverse and inclusive environment, Heterosexual parents in non-traditional or under-represented families, and organisations that want to broaden the diversity dialogue among their employees and offer them another avenue of support.
UNISON fights discrimination and prejudice in the workplace on behalf of its lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) members. We work together in local and national groups of LGBT members to campaign and provide support for our members.
